Kishtwar Police today arrested a wanted Over Ground Worker (OGW) in Explosive substance Act.
Tauseef Gundana S/O Ghulam nabi Gundna was booked in case FIR NO 120-B,121,121_A,4/5 Explosive substance Act and was hiding since the FIR was registered against him.
