Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday inaugurated 8th MSME Start Up Expo iat Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
In his inaugural address, he said this was an era of start ups which can help redefine the entrepreneurship in the country. He also enumerated the way start ups were making headway in J&K.
