NC president Farooq Abdullah Wednesday announced that his party will boycott Urban and Local Bodies and Panchayat polls .
He made this announcement after the conclusion of NC’s core group meeting in Srinagar this afternoon.
It is a major set back to the prospects of Panchayat polls in J&K.
