Jammu, September 25 Niteshwar Kumar, Principal Secretary to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has been posted as Financial Advisor & Additional Secretary Secretary in the ministry of Women and Child Development in Government of India.
The centre issued orders on Sunday.
