The ruling alliance between the Bharatiya Janata Party and Janata Dal (United) is over, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today announced in a meeting with party leaders after several days of intense political speculation in the state. The Chief Minister has fixed an appointment to see the Governor today at 4 pm.
