Jammu, November 11:
The Jammu and Kashmir government has permitted sale of “Green Crackers”only in the cities of Jammu and Srinagar during forthcoming festival season.
The use/bursting of the green crackers shall be restricted to two hours only — 8pm to 10 pm on Diwali and Gurupurab, 6am to 8 am on Chhatt and 11.55pm to 12.30am on eve of Christmas and New year.
