Jammu, April 2: ‘Justice delayed is justice denied’, is what is evident with the victims of Dangri terror attack in which seven people including two children were killed.

So far perpetrators of the attack haven’t yet been arrested, not even identified.

The patience of victims and residents of Dangri seem to be running out and they have come out to express their resentment by holding candle light protest in Rajouri. They are seeking justice to the victims by arresting the perpetrators and bringing them to the justice. They have been keeping mum since January 1 when the incident occurred on assurance of Jammu and Kashmir government headed by Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha. But assurances haven’t been converted into concrete efforts which has led to breakdown of trust among the people.

Security forces were of the opinion that terrorists might be hiding in forests in upper reaches and asked people to help tracing them. But even after three months, things haven’t moved yet and terrorists are still at large.

People have been waiting for the day when terrorists are either arrested or killed so that victims can get justice.
