Piyush Singla given additional charge of Planning and Monitoring department

Srinagar, October 5: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday ordered that Piyush Singla, Secretary Revenue , shall hold charge of Administrative Secretary Planning, development and monitoring department in addition to his duties.
