Jammu, February 09: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced that government is conferring former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao with Bharat Ratna.
He also announced highest civilian award Bharat Ratna will be awarded to another former prime minister Choudhary Charan Singh and renowned economist M S Swaminathan.
