Prime Minister Narendra Modi announces on Saturday that soon after the completion of Delimitation , elections will be held in J&K
He said the work on the Delimitation is going on . Once the elections are held, J&K will have its own MLAs and Ministers.
He made these announcements during his I-Day address from the ramparts of Red Fort , Delhi
