The Government today shifted Dr. N C Digra , Principal of the Government Medical College , Jammu, to the post of Secretary Technical, while Dr. Shashi Sudan , Principal Medical College, Kathua , will be the new Principal of GMC Jammu
The Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Atal Dulloo issued these orders on Wednesday.
