Jammu, April 14 BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav has praised the State government and police for acting swiftly in investigating the Rasana rape and murder case of a minor nomad girl.
He alleged that Congress was behind agitation in Jammu .
He said in a tweet : “I am accusing Congress of being behind the agitations in Jammu.” But he did not elaborate in the thread.
