The Jammu and Kashmir High Court will be hearing all review petitions challenging the October 9 judgment on December 22.


All the review petitions will be clubbed on December 21 and then the hearing will take place on December 22.


In its judgment on October 9, the High Court had ordered that all the land allotted to beneficiaries of the Roshni Act should be retrieved and names of the beneficiaries published.


However after the names were published , the Jammu and Kashmir Government filed a review petition seeking distinction between landless cultivators and homeless people and influential and wealthy set of beneficiaries.


The Supreme Court had asked the High Court to hear all the review petitions on December 21.
Now, it is learnt reliably that the HC has deferred the hearing to December 22.
