Srinagar, October 29 : School vans in the central Kashmir district of Budgam were found racing, overtaking and putting lives of children to grave risk.
The Budgam police on Saturday seized a school Van JK01P 4582 for overtaking other vehicles. There were several children in the erring vehicle.
The police said it seized the vehicle for overcrowding.
