Srinagar, July 3: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, on Wednesday, expressed profound grief and sorrow over the damage to a mosque and several residential houses in a massive fire incident in the Umar Colony area of Eidgah in Srinagar.
In a statement, the Apni Party President said, “I am deeply saddened to learn about the tragic fire incident that caused damage to a mosque and several residential houses in the Umar Colony area of Eidgah in Srinagar. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to the families who lost their homes in this unfortunate incident.”
Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urged the administration to ensure adequate compensation for the families whose homes were damaged in the fire.
