The Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken up the matter regarding assault on Kashmiri students at a Dehradun college with Uttrakhand Police.
This was done after a news published in a section of newspapers under the heading “ Kashmir students assaulted at a Dehradun college.
In this regard Special DGP Coordination, Law& order, S.P Vaid has spoke to the Director General of Police Uttrakhand M. A. Ganapathy and sought immediate action in this incident.
Vaid also spoke to SSP city Dehradun Sweety Agarwal. Both of these officers have assured appropriate police action regarding the matter. Jammu Kashmir police is in constant touch with authorities at Dehradun.
