The police sources told that 22 people were killed and 40 injured when a bus skid off the road on way to Bakal from Reasi.
According to the sources the bus rolled down the mountainous road near Gurunak killing 15 passengers on the spot while 7 more succumbed to injuries later while 40 more are injured.
40 injured have been shifted to Reasi hospital where they are undergoing treatment. The seriously injured are being shifted to Medical College Hospital Jammu.
The police said that they have registered a case and trying to ascertain the reason of rolling down of the bus number JK 02 S 0295.
