SRINAGAR, JULY16:
Term 1st examination for Class 9th started today across Kashmir Division including Leh and Kargil.
A total of 48020 students are appeared in the examination for which the Department had established 914 centres across the Division.
JD Central Abid Hussain accompanied by Chief Education Officer Srinagar Mudasir Kaleem Fazili and other officers of the Department visited many examination centres established in Srinagar including GHSS Rainawari, BHSS Hazratbal and GHSS Khanyar and took stock of the various facilities being provided to the students. They also interacted with the students and teachers at these centres and stressed to ensure cordial environment to the students and maintaining discipline. Joint Director sought details from the concerned regarding attendance of students and other concerned matters.
