Srinagar, November 13:
Pakistan initiated unprovoked Ceasefire Violation along the LoC that spread across multiple sectors in North Kashmir in which three army soldiers and a Border Security Force Officer of rank of Sub Inspector were killed.The areas include Dawar, Keran, Uri and Naugam sectors.
The Defence Spokesman said “Pakistan used Mortars and other weapons” in firing that started today morning. Pakistan deliberately targeted civilian areas. The officials said that three civilians got killed in the shelling that hit their area.
The BSF trooper killed has been identified as Sub Inspector Rakesh DobhalThree army soldiers also got injured in the firing
The Indian troops “retaliated strongly causing substantial damage to Pakistan Army’s infrastructure and casualties across the LoC. Several ammunition dumps, FOL dumps and multiple terrorists launch pads have been damaged.”

This year 4052 ceasefire violations have taken place by Pakistani troops on LoC while in 2019 the number was 3233. Civilian casualties in the year 2020 is 20 fatal and 47 non fatal.
