Jammu, May 16: Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif urged Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to initiate a comprehensive dialogue between two countries for peace and stability in the region .
Shehbaz Sharif made a repeated plea for composite and comprehensive dialogue between the two countries to ensure that two- nuclear powered nations in neighbourhood of each other don’t disturb peace in the region.
In an alternating tone for dialogue and threatening retaliation if attacked, Pakistan PM said that the dialogue should address all issues, including Kashmir.

Pakistan Prime Minister extended an offer of talks to India, saying Pakistan is ready to engage “for peace”. Shehbaz made the comments during a visit to the Kamra airbase in Punjab province following a ceasefire with India. “We are ready to talk with it (India) for peace,” he said. The Prime Minister added that the “conditions for peace” include the Kashmir issue.
India has already made its stand very clear that there can only be bilateral talks , but only on terrorism and PoK.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi , in his May 12th address to the nation , had made it clear that India can talk to Pakistan on these two issues only.
