Jammu, June 06: In a significant breakthrough, Police Station Arnia has successfully apprehended an absconding accused and history-sheeter, Lucky Choudhary S/o Pardeep Kumar R/o Village Changia, Arnia, Jammu, who was wanted in connection with FIR No. 106/2011 under Sections 341/323 RPC registered at Police Station Arnia.
The accused had been evading arrest for a considerable period and was deliberately avoiding legal proceedings by frequently changing his whereabouts. Acting on specific inputs and following sustained efforts, a dedicated police team of Police Station Arnia successfully traced and apprehended the accused.
Lucky Choudhary is a known history-sheeter with involvement in multiple criminal cases. Besides the aforementioned case, he was also involved in FIR No. 106/2011 under Sections 341/323 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act of Police Station Arnia.
