The People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration has decided to take part in All- Party Meeting convevened by PM Modi.
Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti and MY Tarigami to attend the meet.
Mehbooba presses for dialogue with Pakistan as well.
“ If India can talk to Taliban in Doha then why not to Pakistan”, she said
