JAMMU: A delegation of Jammu Based Board Members of Jammu and Kashmir Advisory Board for Development of Kisans led by Sh. Abdul Hamid Wani, Secretary called on Sh. Atal Dulloo, IAS, Chief Secretary, UT of J&K today on 18.12.2023 in his office Chamber, Civil Secretariat, Jammu. They welcomed the new Chief Secretary and apprised him various issues pertaining to farmers of Jammu and Kashmir. The Chief Secretary had a patient hearing and he assured the Board members that the issues of farmers shall be addressed. The Chief Secretary desired that a separate meeting shall be held with Board Members very soon to review the Agriculture and allied sectors, and in this meeting the feedback on policies, programmes and initiatives of the Government shall be obtained from every Board Member. The Members of the delegation were Sh. J.L. Sharma, Ex-Director, Horticulture, S. Tejinder Singh, Sh. Kulbushan Khajuria, Sh. Basant Singh Saini, Sh. Punjab Singh, Sh. Mukkader Singh and Smt. Balbir Kour.
