Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan has greeted people on the eve of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
In his message, Baseer Khan said that Guru Nanak ji’s life and message emphasizing truth, simplicity and equality of all human beings continues to inspire and guide us. His teachings can help us lead a happier, more meaningful and more fulfilling life, he added.
The Advisor hailed the teachings of Guru Nanak saying they are relevant in today’s world and added that a society without discrimination and distinction – the vision of Guru Nanak – is the vision towards which we should strive.
