JAMMU, DECEMBER 16, 2022: Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari has paid glowing tributes to the Former ADGP J&K Police and Former Founder Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri, Dr Masud Choudhary sahab who passed away here in Jammu following prolonged illness.
In his condolence message, Altaf Bukhari expressed shock over the demise of Dr Masud Choudhary sahab and remembered his contribution towards the marginalized section of society.
He said that “His contribution to society is unforgettable especially in the field of education. He has shown the path to the people, especially the neglected section of society, to work hard to achieve social, economical, educational, and political upliftment.”
He recalled that his contribution has helped the Schedule Tribes to upgrade their living standard and promoted education among them with various means.
“He helped in establishing educational institutions for eradication of illiteracy among the marginalized section of society in his entire life. He was also a Founding Patron of Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust on Bypass road in Jammu,” he said.
“His passing away has left a void in the society which would be hard to fill,” he said and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
In his condolence message, Apni Party Senior Vice President, Ghulam Hassan Mir has also condoled the demise.
“The demise of Dr Masud Choudhary sahab is a cause of serious concern for all of us. He made a rare contribution as a social reformer to society for the upgradation of the living standard of the marginalized section of society,” Mir said.
Meanwhile, Apni Party Provincial President Jammu, S. Manjit Singh said that throughout his life Masud sahab’s motive was to promote education and upgrade the living standard of the marginalised section of the society.
Meanwhile, the entire leadership of the Party leaders has also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of the literary figure and prominent social worker Dr Masud Choudhary sahab and they expressed their sympathy with the bereaved family members.
