Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has announced temporary suspension of registration of Amarnath Yatra that had begun just a few days ago due to the spread of pandemic of Coronavirus.
Shrine Board made this announcement on Thursday, saying , “
In view of evolving COVID situation in the country & the need to take all necessary precautionary measures, registration for Shri Amarnath ji Yatra is being temporarily suspended. “
The SASB said that The situation is being constantly monitored and it would be reopened once the situation improves.”.
