Jammu, November 17:

Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday lashed out at “ Gupkar Gang” for working as the agents of foreign forces and seeking their intervention in Jammu and Kashmir.

In hard hitting tweets directed against the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration that has vowed to restore Article 370 of the Indian Constitution , Amit Shah said : “ The Gupkar Gang is going global! They want foreign forces to intervene in Jammu and Kashmir. The Gupkar Gang also insults India’s Tricolour.”

He also asked Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi , “Do Sonia Ji and Rahul Ji support such moves of the Gupkar Gang ? They should make their stand crystal clear to the people of India.”

This question has become more relevant than ever before because Congress shook hands with the Gupkar Alliance for the ongoing District Development Council polls in Jammu and Kashmir . Congress has entered as a partner to the alliance which has among others , National Conference of Abdullahs, PDP of Muftis and People’s Conference of Sajad Gani Lone standing with one another.”

The Home Minister made it clear yet again that “ Jammu and Kashmir has been, is and will always remain an integral part of India. Indian people will no longer tolerate an unholy ‘global gathbandhan’ against our national interest. Either the Gupkar Gang swims along with the national mood or else the people will sink it.”

He said that the designs of Congress and the “ Gupkar gang” were clear as they wanted to “ take J&K back to the era of terror and turmoil. They want to take away rights of Dalits, women and tribals that we have ensured by removing Article 370. This is why they’re being rejected by the people everywhere.”
