Jammu, January 23:

The Border Security Force on Saturday found a 150-metre long underground tunnel in Kathua district on Saturday, three days ahead of the Republic Day obviously with   Pakistan’s plans to cause disruption on this side of the border.

BSF officials told JK News Today that the tunnel exposes Pakistan’s designs to push in terrorists into the Indian side by hook or crook .

The police and security forces have enhanced the vigil along the border and also inside ahead of the Republic day.

Pakistan’s Shakargarh, the area across the fence, is home to a terror training facility overseen by one of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s operational commander Kasim Jan who, Indian intelligence believes, was involved in the November 19 Nagrota encounter in Jammu and is the principal accused in the 2016 Pathankot airbase attack.
