Srinagar, November 3: Apni Party leaders have expressed their condolences to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and his family over the passing of his paternal uncle, Maulvi Muhammad Ahmed Shah, the son of the late Mirwaiz Maulvi Yousuf Shah Sahib. Maulvi Muhammad Ahmed Shah passed away in a hospital in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, on Saturday night.

According to a press release issued here, Apni Party leaders, including party Chief Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir,
Parliementary Affairs Committee Chairman Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Vice President Javaid Mustafa Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Additional General Secretary Hilal Ahmad Shah, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Chief Coordinator and District President Kulgam Abdul Majeed Padder, and others, have extended their condolences on the demise of the eminent Islamic scholar Maulvi Muhammad Ahmed Shah, son of the late Mirwaiz Mohammad Yousuf Shah.

In their condolence messages, Apni Party leaders remarked that the passing of Maulvi Muhammad Ahmed Shah is a significant loss to the people of Kashmir. The deceased devoted his life to serving people and spreading the message of Islam. The leaders conveyed their deepest condolences to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and other members of the bereaved family.
