Jammu, March 18: Jammu Kashmir Apni Party on Monday asked the government to end disparities in salaries of Rehbar-e- Khel employees of Ladakh and J&K.
In a statement , Apni Party’s Youth vice president Raqeeq Khan asked the government to address this issue
On X, wrote
“Questioning the apparent disparity in salary hikes for Rehbar e Khel employees between Ladakh and J&K. While Ladakh sees a substantial increase from 4k to 18k, J&K employees receive a more modest raise from 3k to 6k. Equality in governance is vital for our democracy’s integrity. @GovtOfIndia, can you provide transparency and justification for this discrepancy? Fair treatment for all regions is imperative.”
