Srinagar, November 8: Apni Party has said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir feel concerned to see the disruptions and uproar in the legislative assembly on a daily basis, and they want their representatives to behave properly and maintain the decorum of the House. In a statement issued here, Apni Party said that “the assembly elections were held after a gap of ten years, and people voted in large numbers with great hope and faith. These elections were held at a time when people were feeling deeply disempowered. That is why they have huge expectations of their representatives and believe that these elected MLAs will work effectively to address their issues and grievances. However, since the session of the assembly began, disruptions and uproar have become a daily affair. Due to this people are concerned, and they want the legislators to behave appropriately and uphold the respect of this House.”
