Jammu, July 20: After a series of terror attacks on army after he took over as army chief , Gen Upendra Dwivedi arrived here in Jammu to make an assessment of the situation that has alarmed the nation.
Gen Dwivedi is scheduled to chair a high level meeting with security officials of various agencies and lay stress on synergized operations against terrorists who are highly trained and motivated.
He will list the challenges and also list the measures to overcome them.
