Poonch, March 15:
An army soldier suffered injuries in cross LoC firing at balakote sector of Poonch district.
Defence sources informed that the jawan injured after a bullet fired by Pakistan army from other side of LoC hit him in Balakote sector, this evening.
Pakistan violated ceasefire and fired in Indian troops and the jawan Sameer Subba got injuries in his right leg after Pakistani army opened fire on Indian army posts in forwards areas of Dharti village in Mendhar.
The soldier was immediately evacuated and shifted to nearby military hospital for treatment.
