Maink Batra , Chairman of ASSOCHAM in J&K on Thursday announced that an arrangement has been worked out by his organization in collaboration with Medanta- The Medicity Group to provide free tele=consultation to covid patients across in Jammu and Kashmir as a step that will benefit thousands of such patients reeling from uncertainties about their status and knowledge of the medicines to be used for the treatment of the disease.
In a letter, which was made public Thursday morning , Manik Batra who has been a leader in initiating several social-cause issues , announced that “ ASSOCHAM J&K Council in collaboration with Medanta ‘The Medicity’ Group is providing free Tele-consultation to Covid patients in Jammu and Kashmir.”
This will not only consolidate the government efforts already in place but also help the patients to have a world class consultation about the treatment of the disease that has imperiled lives and economy. The contact less treatment would be quite helpful for the patients and their family members who were looking for such opportunities at a wider scale from the health experts working with the medical institutes of international repute.
Manik Batra explained in detail the process for Availing Services :
Step-1: Patient/Attendant will send patient’s KYC to amit.khajuria@assocham.com
- Patient/ attendant will get the appointment Schedule with link for patient Via Mail/ SMS.
- After Consultation Patient will be forwarded the Recommendations provided by Consulting Doctor.
- Consultation will Be FREE for Patients routed By ASSOCHAM ONLY.
There is a note that would be of great help to patients and their attendants .
NOTE: KYC of Patient: - Full Name of Patient as Per AADHAR CARD
- DOB-As per AADHAR CARD In DD MM YYYY format
- Complete residential address with PIN Code.
- MOBILE NO of Patient & Attendant
- Mail ID of patient/Attendant.
