Bandipora 17 Dec.2022 : Bandipora Police continuing its war against the social crimes today arrested four Gamblers in Vijpara Hajin.
Acting on a specific information about the presence of Gamblers in Vijpara area of Hajin, a police party of Police Station Hajin led by SHO PS Hajin Insp. Qaiser Bashir under the supervision of DYSP Hajin Shri Rameez Rashid Bhat-JKPS raided a gambling site at village Vijpara Hajin and found 04 Gamblers gambling they were arrested on spot and stake money of Rs 6890 and play cards were seized from them.The arrested gamblers have been identified as
01.Bilal Ahmad Shah S/o Ab Aziz Shah
- Feroz Ahmad Goroo S/o Mohd Hayat Goroo
03.Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi S/o Gh Rasool Reshi
4.Manzoor Ahmad Shah S/o Gh Mohd Shah all residents of Khomina Baharabad Hajin.
In this regard, Case FIR No. 87/2022 under relevant sections of Gambling Act stands registered in Police Station Hajin and further investigation has been taken up.
