BDC Chairman of Khan in Budgam district of Kashmir valley has been shot dead. He was affiliated to BJP.
He was fired upon by unknown gunmen at his residence at Dalwach area of Budgam and injured him critically.
However, he was rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
He has been Identified as Bhupinder Singh was block development chairperson of block Khag in Budgam district.
A police officer while confirming his killing said that whole area has been cornoded to nab the attackers.
