Srinagar, May 04 Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto has arrived in India to attend SCO meeting of Council of Foreign Ministers in Goa, and clarified that he has not sought any bilateral meeting with Indian counterpart Dr S Jaishankar as the visit is not a bilateral one.
The Indian side has already clarified that there would be no bilateral meeting between the two sides on the sidelines of SCO meet in Goa. However, Dr Jaishankar will be holding bilateral meetings with Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang , in which the row at LAC in Ladakh for the past over three years will come under discussion. India and China relations have suffered immensely due to the military standoff at LAC in eastern Ladakh.
The Indian Foreign Minister will also hold bilateral meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov .
Though both India and Pakistan have ruled out bilateral meeting, but this will be a disappointing for those wishing the two sides to melt the ice .
