Two freshly intruded Pakistani terrorists who were engaged in gunfight with J&K Police lead security forces in Durgan Poshana area of frontier Poonch district got killed in an ongoing operation.The Director General of J&K Police, Dilbag Singh told, “Both Pakistani terrorists have been neutralised in the ongoing encounter at Durgan Poshana, in Poonch district.”
Earlier an encounter began in the area after three-day-long continuous chase of a group of terrorists who had come from across the LoC.The terrorists were intercepted at Durgan Poshana in Poonch when they were on their way to Shopian in the Valley to refurbish the terrorists ranks there. They were asked to surrender, but the opened fire on the police party that had been working on the input of their infiltration from across the LoC three days ago, the DGP said.
Two Pakistanis and one local terrorist were in the group, according to the DGP.
