Jammu, Aug 8: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has launched Bharatgas Lite ZIP, a premium LPG service offering instant new connections and express delivery to customers.

The service is now available in Jammu through Tawi Gas LPG Distributor, popularly known as Tawi Gas Agency, owned by prominent businessman Balwan Singh, in the Rehari/New Plot area.

Bharatgas Lite ZIP allows customers to get a new LPG connection through a simplified process. LPG cylinder orders under the service will be delivered within four hours.

The service uses the lightweight Bharatgas Lite composite cylinder, which is easy to handle, corrosion-free and has a transparent body that allows customers to see the LPG level. It is designed to offer greater convenience and modern safety features.

The service is aimed at customers looking for faster and more convenient LPG services, particularly working professionals, students and people who frequently move between cities.

Bharatgas Lite ZIP was earlier launched in 30 cities on July 31 and has now been introduced in 20 additional cities. BPCL plans to expand the service to 100 cities across 24 states by August 15, 2026.

The company said the service will subsequently be rolled out in other major cities across the country, making faster and more convenient LPG services available to a wider customer base.
