BSNL team led by Principal General Manager Jammu Business Area, Sh. Ashok Kumar Angural, BSNL officials conducted a road show to promote BSNL products in the Samba District. The road show conducted in accordance with the Public outreach programme and started from BSNL Exchange Samba. The road show covered the areas Post Office Samba, Higher Secondary School, Government Hospital, Main Market, Border Road Samba, Vijaypur Market and was concluded at BSNL Exchange Samba. BSNL TIPs and CM Franchisees of the Samba division also attended the road show.
During the road show PGMTD Jammu and other BSNL Officials promoted BSNL products and services like LL/BB (Copper) to FTTH Conversion with retention of Indicator/ Number along with discount of Rs. 200/- per month for first six months to all the existing customers (except Govt. category Connections), Installation charges waiver in both FTTH and BB connections till 2nd August 2022, Free SIMs on every Wednesday and Thursday only with minimum FMC of Rs. 100/- is made available for customers. PGMTD Jammu interacted with the FTTH and Air Fibre TIPs, Point of Sales and customers. Officials also collected feedback from general public regarding the services being offered by the BSNL and assured immediate action to improve services as per public expectations. Road show was also attended by all the officials of Samba division and officials of Marketing Team SSA Jammu.
