Udhampur Apr 26: Captain Tushar Memorial Trust Udhampur organized a Shradhanjali Sabha at Tushar moth Udhampur today to pay tribute to the 26 innocent civilians who were brutally killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22nd April 2025.
Trust Chairman Dev Raj Gupta , Senior member of trust Ranjit parihar , Shewat ketu singh , Satish Chopra , Adv Karun Raina ,Deepanker gupta and Dr Vikram Gulati , Rajan Sharma , Raghav sharma , Shivansh parihar , Ramesh Gupta Ashwani kumar, Asha Gupta , Kalpana Jamwal. and people from different walks of life paid floral tribute on the occasion.
Offering floral tribute to the martyrs, Dev Raj Gupta and Ranjit Parihar said brutality has crossed all limits of humanity and has ashamed humanity. They said that this massacre is an attack on the dignity of India, the people of the country will not tolerate it, the Government of India is requested to take strict steps to stop terrorism so that after Pulwama and Pahalgam, no other terrorist incident can be repeated in the country
They expressed deep solidarity with the victims’ families and called upon society to collectively work towards peace .
A two minute silence was also observed in memory of the martyrs. The meeting of concluded with collective prayers for the departed souls.
