The J&K Government is contemplating to hand over the Roshni scheme scandal to CBI, according to the informed sources .
The Roshni scheme is believed to be a mega scandal of allotment of tens of thousands of crores to the favourites at a throw away price by the political governments.
The sources said the the government wants to bring out the truth and is all set to hand its inquiry to CBI.
It may happen as early as tomorrow.
