Srinagar , March 12: Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and some of the officials of the Commission have reached Srinagar to start the process of assessment of Lok Sabha polls in J&K.
The commission will meet political parties and civil administration and police officials to have a reallty check of the situation as it also is set to explore possibilities of holding assembly elections.
J&K’s parties have been asking for assembly polls .
