Handwara, August 29: Senior NC leader Ch. Mohammed Ramzan today presided over a meeting held at Chowdry Manzil Handwara, where hundreds of dedicated workers from across the Handwara constituency gathered. This event marked the official launch of our campaign for the forthcoming assembly elections. The workers were thoroughly briefed on the party’s manifesto and its core objectives, with a strong emphasis on the urgent need to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
