One police man was killed in an encounter with militants in Zaloora village near Sopore on Wednesday morning .
The encounter started early Wednesday morning when police started its operation against militants hiding in forests in Zaloora . The initial reports said that a policeman has been killed in the encounter, while the militants have melted in forests.
The reports said that the army has moved into assist the police in tracking the terrorists. Massive searches are on in the area.
