The High Court has ordered that all courts will be back to virtual mode till April 18, beginning tomorrow.
These orders were issued on Monday by the High Court against the backdrop of the surge in Covid-19 cases in the UT of J&K and elsewhere in the country.
The order, however, allows physical hearing in emergency cases only, and that, too with an advance notice of a day before the actual date of hearing.
It may be recalled that earlier the High Court had ordered resumption of the physical hearing of cases from February 3, 2021 after a decline was noticed in the coronavirus cases.
