MANDAL (JAMMU), DECEMBER 13: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo today inaugurated the stone work Sanctum Sanctorium of Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan at Thalwal, Mandal here.
He was accompanied by the Commissioner Secretary Mining, Rashmi Singh; Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, KK Sidha, and other concerned.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of Moti Lal Malla, Head of Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan Trust, ex-legislator of J&K Assembly, Ajay Bharti, and representatives and heads of various Pandit Organizations.
