SUMBAL, March 19: A man from Hajin area of Bandipora district, who was missing since March 13, was found dead today from a local stream.
His body was fished out today from Sonburn Nallah in Inderkoot area of Sumbal.
An official said that the body of Vijpora man was spotted by locals in a Nallah in Inderkoot Sumbal village of Sonawari, who subsequently informed the police.
He added that a team police reached to the spot and the body was shifted to CHC Sumbal for medico-legal formalities.
The deceased has been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Lone son of Farooq Ahmad Lone from Vijpara Hajin who was missing from 13 March.He further said “.
