Srinagar, August 26: Director General of Police, J&K, Dilbag Singh has congratulated Jammu and Kashmir Police officers who have been selected for placement of General Executive Order in Non-Functional Grades , the orders of which were issued by the UT home Department on Saturday.
The order has stated that 103 JKPS officers have been placed in these grades. This order has been issued in response to the repeated presentations made by the Jammu and Kashmir Police Headquarters.
In his congratulatory message, the DGP said that the officers have got what they deserved due to their dedication to the service and duty . They function in challenging circumstances , and “ I hope and believe that this will incentivize them further to scale new heights in meeting the challenges and delivering services to people.”
He said that such incentives are reflection of their hard work, as “ they have proven that they are second to none in meeting the challenges in serving the nation though their services Jammu and Kashmir”.
Dilbag Singh said that Jammu and Kashmir Police has taken its frontline role in fighting terrorism and ushering in peace because of these officers and all other officers and ranks . “ The J&K police is second to none in rendering sacrifices for the nation .”
