Saying that discrimination with Jammu region is continues even under Bharatiya Janta Party’s (BJP) rule, Congress MLA and leader of legislative party, Nawang Rigzin Jora, while speaking on the Governor’s address said that BJP had won the last election from Jammu province on the name of discrimination, but cannot move in this direction to stop this.

Jora, the MLA from Leh constituency of Ladakh region said that there are lot many issues on which BJP raised voices, when in opposition but now when come to the power seat are mum and public is still suffering.

The Congress leader said that the issues of Kashmiri Pandit Migrants, the issues of PoK and West Pak Refugees, political reservation to the tribals, issue of NHPC and share from its profit and the most important is the tourism of Jammu.

BJP’s failure on all fronts generally in Jammu and Kashmir and in Jammu particular says that Jammu region is still being discriminated.
